Andrea Kovak PT, DPT

Seguin Originally from the San Antonio, TX area, Dr. Kovach received her undergraduate degree from Texas Lutheran University in Business Administration with a Business of Science Minor and received a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. With background experience in various patient care settings, including home health, skilled nursing facility, hospital inpatient care, and outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, Dr. Andrea Kovach places patient care, comfort, and achievement of personal goals at the utmost priority.

Andres Cardoza PT, DPT, CEAS

Live Oak/ Kirby Born in Callao, Peru and raised just outside of Pittsburgh PA, Dr. Cardoza attended the Pennsylvania State University where he received a bachelor’s of the arts degree in applied psychology and business administration. He then went on to attend Chatham University to receive his Doctorate in Physical therapy. Professionally Andres has strong interests in orthopedics and sports medicine. He has completed his ITPT certification in order to become a better equipped sports medicine provider as well as his CEAS to help serve the industrial athlete. He has been the director of a busy outpatient physical therapy clinic since 2014 where he has grown an aquatics program designed to promote lifelong health and wellness to all patients and the community at large. Professionally, Andres has a strong interest in Worker’s Compensation and Industrial Rehabilitation. He has completed training to become a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist as well as a Certifying Doctor with the Texas Department of Insurance - Division of Worker’s Compensation. He serves as the director of 2 busy outpatient clinics as well as the Worker’s Compensation Coordinator for the entire Mission Physical Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine system. Personally, Andres has enjoyed living in the San Antonio area for over 10 years with his wife, daughter and 3 dogs. He is an avid sports fan of all Pittsburgh teams. He enjoys personal fitness training, motorsports and traveling.

Brian Ramirez

Brian Ramirez PT, DPT

Live Oak Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, but raised in Cibolo, Texas, Dr. Brian Ramirez attended the University of Texas at Austin where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. He later went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in Austin. Being immersed in sports during his formative years and maintaining an active lifestyle fueled his ambition to pursue a career in physical therapy. Brian derives great satisfaction from fostering personal connections with his patients and is deeply passionate about assisting individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups in realizing their utmost capabilities. When Brian is not at the clinic, you can catch him working out, going to concerts, trying out different restaurants, or spending time with his golden doodle, Maple. Although he may be a devoted New England Patriots fan, you’ll see him root for his hometown team, the San Antonio Spurs, and his alma mater, the Texas Longhorns.

Brittni Granchelli, PT, DPT New Braunfels Brittni was born in Baytown, Texas but grew up in New Braunfels, TX. She completed her undergraduate studies at Texas State University where she received her Bachelor of Exercise Sport Science Degree. She then attended the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor where she obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Professionally, she enjoys working in the outpatient setting where she can evaluate and treat a wide variety of patients with differing ages and diagnoses. She is dry needling certified which helps patients relieve their tight, painful muscles. Personally, she enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs. During the Summer months she enjoys doing water activities, such as paddle boarding, tubing, or just hanging out on the riverbank.

Bryan Lopez, PT, DPT

Live Oak Originally from Orange, Tx, Bryan Lopez is a Doctor of Physical therapy who graduate from the University of the Incarnate Word, in San Antonio, TX in 2023. He received his bachelor’s from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX. After obtaining his bachelor’s, he moved to San Antonio in 2021. His experience includes outpatient PT and skilled nursing. He enjoys working in orthopedics and with athletes, as well as with neuro populations. Outside of work Bryan enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, playing sports like pickleball and basketball, and being outdoors.

Eric De Los Santos, PT, DPT

Medical Center Eric attended Baylor University, where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019.  Shortly after graduation, he started at Mission Physical Rehabilitation. In addition to treating orthopedics, Eric also enjoys treating the diversity of patient needs presented to him daily.  He finds the personal aspect of this profession rewarding and looks forward to getting to know his patients; as well as watching them progress throughout their physical therapy journey. In his free time Eric enjoys spending time with his dog Bella as well as playing basketball and visiting local state and city parks.

Jamie Rios, PT, MPT

New Braunfels/ Seguin Born and raised in Yorktown, TX.  Jamie attended Texas State University-San Marcos and completed her undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sports Science and went on to earn her master’s degree in physical therapy at Texas State University.  Since becoming a licensed therapist in 2008, she has worked in a variety of settings including wound care, skilled nursing, outpatient, acute, and nursing facilities. In January of 2015, Jamie took a special interest in lymphatic studies and was certified by The Academy of Lymphatic Studies, specifically in manual lymph drainage and compression wrapping. She has proudly worked for Mission Physical Rehabilitation for the past 10 years and is the Director of the Seguin and New Braunfels clinics. Jamie lives in New Braunfels with her husband, daughter, dog and two cats. She enjoys working out, being outside and enjoying all the activities that New Braunfels and the surrounding area has to offer.

Jessica Stoffel, PT, DPT

Cibolo Jessica Stoffel graduated from Ohio University in 2020, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Prior to that she completed her bachelor’s degree in Sports Science. After graduation, together with her husband, moved to Texas. She has certifications in Dry Needling levels 1 and 2, LSVT-BIG, and McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis part A. She enjoys working in outpatient physical therapy and helping others return to an active lifestyle through a movement-based approach.   When not helping patients, Jessica enjoys taking trips to the beach her our dog, golfing, hiking, and traveling in her spare time.

Katrina Siefken, PT, DPT

Cibolo Katrina grew up in the small town of Flatonia, TX and completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at McNeese State University in Lake Charles, LA where she majored in Exercise Science and Exercise Physiology respectfully.  She then attended The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Austin, TX where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Growing up in a small town, she participated in numerous sports as well as played collegiate volleyball, which cultivated her interest in physical therapy secondary to enduring multiple sports related injuries.  Katrina has strong interests in orthopedics and sports related injuries and is Dry Needling Level 1 certified which she also implements into her practice when warranted. Katrina has been a Director and Physical Therapist at Mission Physical Rehabilitation since 2018.  She resides in Cibolo with her husband and 2 dogs and has grown to love the community and appreciates the “small town” feeling it brings.  When she is not in the clinic, she enjoys traveling, cooking, spending time with family and friends and doing anything outdoors.

Kelvin Ube PT, DPT

Culebra Kelvin earned his undergraduate degree from Catawba College in Salisbury, NC and went on to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2022.  Kelvin started with Mission Physical Rehabilitation that same year.  Kelvin recently obtained his certification in Blood Flow Restriction training (BFR), which is beneficial for muscle strength and hypertrophy gains under low loads. During his time in practice, Kelvin has learned that he enjoys showing patients what they may not have realized they are capable of.  Kelvin especially enjoys working with athletes and kids. In his spare time, Kelvin enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and cat Squash; as well as, watching sports and working out.

Lauren Blanton

Lauren Blanton, PT, DPT

Cibolo Lauren is a native Texan, born in Lubbock and raised in the Texas Panhandle.  She completed high school in Corpus Christi, and then graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Texas A&M in College Station. She then attended UT Health in San Antonio, receiving her Master of Physical Therapy in 2008 and then her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014. Professionally, Lauren has experience in a variety of settings, but she has a passion for orthopedics and working with patients across the lifespan.  She has many years of experience working with many different conditions including sports injuries, orthopedic conditions, post-surgical, and acute and chronic conditions.  She has completed part A and B of the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, and she enjoys incorporating manual therapy and patient education. Personally, Lauren has lived in the San Antonio area for 13 years with her husband, daughter, and son. She enjoys playing volleyball with her daughter and lacrosse with her son, and they love traveling anytime they get the opportunity.  She looks forward to helping you reach your physical therapy goals!

Phillip Light

Phillip Light PT, DPT

Southcross Phillip was born and raised in Rockford, IL.  After high school, he joined the Airforce and served our country for 10 years. He was stationed here in San Antonio from 2007-2013 where he grew to love the city and its people and therefore stayed in San Antonio after separating from active duty. After his military service, Phillip attended UT San Antonio, where he earned his undergraduate degree, then went on to the University of Incarnate Word where he obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. While Phillip enjoys the large array of diagnosis’ presented to him on a daily basis, he especially enjoys treating Pain Neuroscience Education, as well as chronic pain. In his spare time, Phillip enjoys practicing Brazilian Jujitsu and playing chess.

Stacy Nascke PT, DPT

Southcross/ Barlite Stacy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a minor in psychology from The University of Texas in Austin before obtaining her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas State University in 2015. Stacy has been working with Mission Physical Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine since becoming a physical therapist in 2015 and is the Director of the Southcross and Barlite clinics. She has a passion for outpatient orthopedics and is currently pursuing her Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT) and has almost completed her didactic portion and will be continuing with mentorship hours in order to conclude her fellowship. In her spare time, Stacy enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, being outdoors, playing sports, or watching a good movie.
